WIM, that is “Win In The Management”. It intended to take the pragmatic approach to solve the existing problems and draw lessons to form systematic and standard work collection. Meanwhile take this to exercise and enhance the management level of middle-level cadres.
WIM, it (to be) act as the required course among the training programs for the above middle-level cadres so as to maintain it the continuity and long-term.
WIM, it will constantly sum up and amend content of training program based on the distance needs so that make it more pragmatic.
